Situated within walking distance of Cardiff City Centre, Classes at Nam Pai Chuan Roath are fun, varied and challenging. It is the goal of the instructors to get you fitter, stronger and more confident, no matter who you are or what your starting fitness/ability level may be. Beginners to martial arts and anybody aged 16 years + are welcome to train at the club, as are experienced martial artists looking for something new.

Classes are currently at 8 -10pm on Mondays and 7:30 - 9:30pm on Thursdays at Plasnewydd Community Centre (also known as YMCA Plas)

FIRST CLASS IS FREE! So come and join us for a free taster session. (Make sure you wear loose fitted clothing and bring some water). 

The standard class fee is £6 per class or £5 per class for students/unemployed.
There's a discount available for people that are BOTH unemployed and users of Mental Health/Substance Abuse treatment facilities. The rate for this is £2.50 per class.
Asylum Seekers can pay 50 pence per class if they present with relevant ID or immigration reporting papers.

1 years Membership/Insurance costs £35 or £30 for students and unemployed (this will give you a licence no. and membership to the BCCMA).
Grading's cost £30 or £25 for students or unemployed/£40 or £35 for students or unemployed after second blue belt.
